WARRANTIES All items are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you.Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts.Magic touch universal and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage,improper handing or installation, neglect accidents, or competition use.warranty claims apply to parts only.magic touch universal LLc suggests that all products/parts should be installed by a professional to avoid any installation issues.
RETURNS: RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SHIPMENT.SHOULD YOU NEED RETURN A PART FOR , EXCHANGE, OR CREDIT, WITHIN THE ALLOTTED 30 DAY, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.Magic touch universal will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved just by calling us. Shipping charge are not refundable. Returns must be shipped prepaid and NO C.O.D.returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for on ALL return orders. Parts authorized to be returned on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS, GRAPHICS INSTALLED PARTS, PAINTED PARTS, TRUCK FREIGHT ITEM, GARAGE SALE ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order requests (items that are not a stock item) may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Call for specific information regarding special orders.
SHORTAGES: Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received.IF YOU ARE MISSING ANY ITEMS PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTED AS BACK ORDER ON THE PACKING SLIP BEFORE CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The back order items will automatically be shipped as soon as we receive them. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our customer service Department within (3) days of delivery. to ensure a prompt replacement. Street trends assumes no liability after this point.
